    I read with great interest the paper published by Chuang et al about hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in cases with lymphoma in Taiwan.1 They studied HCV antibody in 346 cases with lymphoma and found anti-HCV antibody in 11% of cases: among these, 34 of 266 cases with B-NHL had this antibody (12.8%).
