| (10) Cardiomyopathies (hypertrophic, dilated, or restrictive) |
| (11) Drug toxicity (for example, Adriamycin, Herceptin) |
| (12) Arrhythmia |
| (13) Unexplained chest pain |
| (14) Unexplained congestive heart failure |
| (15) Differentiation between restriction and pericardial constriction |
