M classification: M0, absence of distant metastasis; M1, presence of distant metastasis.
pN classification: pN0, pTNM category reflecting no metastatic lymph nodes; pN1, pTNM category reflecting metastasis in 1–3 lymph nodes; pN2, pTNM category reflecting metastasis in more than three lymph nodes.
V classification: V0, absence of venous invasion; V1, presence of microscopically detected venous invasion.
