Glasgow prognostic score is a prognosis predictor for patients with endometrial cancer
2017, European Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive BiologyMagnitude of risk for nodal metastasis associated with lymphvascular space invasion for endometrial cancer
2016, Gynecologic OncologyCitation Excerpt :Even in patients with proven negative nodes, LVSI remained a significant predictor of disease recurrence. The presence of lymphvascular space invasion is strongly associated with tumor dissemination to the regional lymph nodes [9–19]. An analysis of 366 women treated at two institutions reported positive lymph nodes in 18–48% of tumors with LVSI compared to 0–13% of cases without LVSI when stratified for tumor grade and depth of invasion.
