Parenchymal pseudotumoral tuberculosis: Case series and systematic review of literature
2008, Respiratory MedicineCitation Excerpt :In several large series of patients with post-primary tuberculosis, no mass-like opacities were seen.2 From our search we identified 1389 citations out of which 72 were related to tuberculosis complicating bronchogenic carcinoma; 13 citations related to pseudotumoral forms at other sites17–29 and 18 related to pseudotumoral pulmonary tuberculosis. Of the 18 references, only 6 citations (including 27 cases) reported parenchymal pseudotumoral tuberculosis3,6–10 (Tables 1 and 2).
