Coexistence of pernicious anaemia and acute erythraemic myelosis
Abstract
A patient with the apparently unique combination of pernicious anaemia and acute erythraemic myelosis is described. The implications of some of the unusual features together with the difficulties encountered in diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
