Quantitation of lymphocyte transformation using radioactive iododeoxyuridine

    Abstract

    A method is described of measuring the response of human lymphocytes to phytohaemagglutinin stimulation using iododeoxyuridine labelled with the gamma-emitting isotope 125I. The results indicate useful clinical applications.
