Abundant lipoprotein-X was seen on lipoprotein electrophoresis. The patient was diagnosed and treated for hyponatraemia which was likely factitious and caused by hypercholesterolaemia. Cholestasis and hypercholesterolaemia resolved over a period of several months after the discontinuation of quetiapine. ER -
