Similar infiltration of adipose tissue may be seen in both angiomatosis (C) and LGAS (D). In angiomatosis, the vessels are lined entirely by flat, normochromic endothelium (C-inset); however, in LGAS, some degree of endothelial atypia and hyperchromasia is commonly evident (D-inset).
