*Case 1: a 1.2 cm nodule and a 0.7 cm nodule located in the left lower lobe separately. Case 2: a 3.5 cm nodule was at the dorsal segment of the left lower lobe, and two nodules measuring 1.0 cm and 0.4 cm in diameter were at the segment of the same lobe. Case 3: a 9.0 cm tumour mass and two satellite nodules measuring 0.2 cm and 0.5 cm separately were present in the right middle lobe.
