We did not perform additional radiotherapy or chemo-radiotherapy because we judged our case as non-invasive based on previous studies that reported the negative surgical margins led to a good prognosis [11], and the effect of radiotherapy was unclear according to reported cases [7–10]. Fourteen months later, he is free of tumors.
