The most common clinical symptom of ACCB is a breast mass, mostly located in the upper-outer quadrant and subareolar, and mostly T1-2 lesions [14,15]. ACCB rarely has lymph node metastases, especially when the breast mass is less than 1.4 cm, and almost no axillary lymph node involvement [5,16].
