    Luminal cells are usually columnar in shape with eosinophilic cytoplasm, frequently apocrine.60 Squamous and sebaceous metaplasia can occur.61 Myoepithelial cells are easily recognised applying immunohistochemical markers of myoepithelium, among which p63, smooth muscle actin, calponin and high weight keratin 14 and 5/6 are the most frequently used.
