Immunohistochemistry in the evaluation of melanocytic tumors

Semin Diagn Pathol. 1993 Feb;10(1):76-91.

Abstract

A review is given on the classification of melanoma-associated antigens and their relevance as tumor markers in tissue sections and cell preparation. Applications of immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis and prognosis of melanocytic tumors are discussed.
